Sunday ServicesOur Sunday Services consist of a morning service and an evening service. For directions and times, (CLICK HERE). What to Expect: Our Sunday morning service is focused on celebration and is a great service for the whole family and has childcare included. We encourage you to come to this traditional Vineyard service and bring the whole family, Our Sunday night service is focused on intimacy and is a more raw worship experience. We encourage you to bring the kids and have them hang with us together. Childcare is not provided for this service, however, pd and Lori bring baby Anna right in along with many other families as we worship together! In both of our services, you can expect: Coffee The Giving Bucket & Prayer Containers are available at the tables both before and after services for tithes, offerings and prayer requests. Special ServicesSpecial Services include funerals, baptisms, weddings and baby dedications. Some churches charge fees for pastoral oversite, however, we at the Tapestry offer these services as a part of being connected to our church family. In order to receive these services, we require those involved to allow the counseling ministries and pastors of our church to walk you through these life changes. Should you be interested in being a part of these services, please let us know by contacting us through one of the listed ways on our "contact us" page. Seminars and ConferencesOne service we offer our community is our seminars and conferences. These are probably one of our greatest resources! We will list these in our calendar feed below under upcoming events. Our seminars range from: Worship | Intercessory Prayer | Outreach and Evangelism | Youth Ministry | Children's Ministry | Finance & Budgeting | Marriage Conferences | Family Conferences | Team Building | Professional Development and Leadership | Life Coaching Not to mention we encourage attendance in all of our Vineyard area, regional and national conferences which can be found at: AVC's Home Website. Prayer & Worship NightsThese special nights are dedicated to worship and prayer in the evening during a special service. Some of these special events encourage us as a faith community to join with other churches in larger praise and worship gatherings. Hospital & Shut-In VisitationWe constantly minister to those that are in our church or their family and friends who are sick or shut in and cannot make it to church. We often bring meals, pray for the sick, anoint with oil, lay on hands, encourage, counsel, listen and fellowship with our brothers and sisters who cannot make it to church. If you have needs, that's why we are here. Let us know so we can better serve you. If you have an emergency, please call 301-251-4082 and dial extension 13 for pd. If you have a prayer request, please call the same number and leave a message on the prayer line. Your prayer or need will be addressed within 24-48 hours! And that's not just our goal, but our commitment to you!
